Good stuff. Have you heard of it? Perhaps you should check out being a part of it next year. (or they are going to sell the DVD's) I think you would really like it and could profit from it. I used to be wary of leadership type training, it just struck a wrong chord in me. My boss used to work in Leadership Development for the MBC, and so he was all about it. However, it always felt slightly unbiblical or something to me. Yet, the Lord has really reinforced in my mind the incredibly dire need the Church has for solid, godly, passionate, humble, persevering leaders. And, I definitely have a huge leadership streak in me... so I guess I should prune that rather than ignore it huh? So anyways... press on brother!
